If you had to roommate with fictional character- who would you choose?
Its actually a question on an application for a college I might be going to! Its some kind of liberal arts school. I was just curious what you guys came up with! :D

This is so easy for me: Felix Ungar! He could follow after me keeping the place clean.
James Bond. You know he’ll always bring home interesting people.
Scratchy, from the “Itchy and Scratchy Show”. He would be a good punching bag to relieve stress because he would never die.
Or maybe the terminator, if he was under my control. I could tell him to just sit in his room until I need him. And I would get a good laugh everytime I looked at him because he would look like Arnold.
Okay. I would prefer a pet. I always wanted Orbity.
@roysters5, does your college application really say “to roommate”?
Holden Caulfield. He might be depressing, but he sees the world in a way that I think is a. beautiful at times and b. much in tuned with my view as well.
He has been described as “The boy himself is at once too simple and too complex for us to make any final comment about him or his story. Perhaps the safest thing we can say about Holden is that he was born in the world not just strongly attracted to beauty but, almost, hopelessly impaled on it.” It is believed that was Salinger’s description. He sounds like my kind of boy haha.
Daffy Duck maybe? I have a lot in common with that ‘crazy little black duck’.
Sam Vimes or any number of other characters from the City Watch books by Terry Pratchett.
Funnily enough, I am currently painting two six inch pigs in whimsical colors. One of which says Wilbur on it’s belly. :D
Mary Richards. She’s an optimistic realist, and I could learn a lot from her.
@augustlan i do not remember to kill a mockingbird having that much background info on Atticus. I feel like I read a different book…:(
I think I’d want to be roommates with Bender.
I can think of many fictional characters I’d like to meet, many I’d like to be friends with, and quite a few I’d love to know romantically. But to room with?...you know, I think I might choose Jo March.
spiderman (free transportation and entertainment)
Kara “Starbuck” Thrace. Never a dull moment with her.
Chrysoval. Because she’s my fictional character, and she does what I want her too! Woohoo! (No, she’s not like an invisible friend, she’s more like a virtual novel character).
Problem is, she doesn’t really like people like me… oh well.
sad to admit… both characters from webcomics… either Dr. McNinja (comic of the same name) or Rayne Summers (Least i could do).
Snoopy. I like his soundtrack. I also like his imagination. Die, Red Baron!
@AstroChuck Jessica Rabbit the cartoon? or Jessica Biel as Jessica Rabbit (SNL)?
Ms. Frizzle (as long as Liz came with).
Bender from Futurama. At least I could turn him off and he wouldn’t snore. And he lived in a closet, so plenty of space for me :)
Ayla. We could make some roast aurochs and then go basketweaving together, and she could teach me how to knap flint. :)
I’d choose the Hawkeye character from MASH. His humor, intelligence, and inner strength would keep things interesting.
@delirium would Miss Frizzle have the have the bus or just Liz?
The bus would be in the driveway, but we could do without. We’d spend all day talking about the moon, and reptiles, and microbes, and recycling, and…. **stares off in to space wistfully**
Princess Cimorene of the kingdom of Linderwall. Because she’s sensible and I think we’d get along.
@Dr_C- Why, the toon, of course.
Hummina hummina.
@Allie: Fried Walrus Wafers for everyone. And maybe Bill the Cat would swing by. Ack!
@Mr_M: She’s more likely to shoot your ass for misspelling her name than move in with you.
@Mr_M google failed you. That’s really unfortunate. I doubt Lara Croft is the forgiving type ;). Haha.
Oh see? I’m talking about her sister, Laura.
@Mr_M haha fair enough. ;)
Bill the Cat already rooms with me. If you need proof, I’ll send you a bag of hairballs.
