Not is he was adopted by the Kent family.
That’s an interesting point. Seeing as he wasn’t born in the states (or on the planet), he couldn’t really be a citizen, but I would assume that Uncle Henry and Aunt may would have had some sort of birth certificate made up to help explain his appearance.
it would be impossible to get a green card without proof of birth in his “country of origin”
plus, he could just fly away from immigration. (how did he get hired without a SS#??)
i wonder if a baby was left on someone’s door how they would go about that? what a bureaucratic hassle!
@Foolaholic- Uncle Henry and Aunt May? Are you thinking of Spiderman, perhaps?
Jonathan and Martha Kent were the adoptive parents of Clark.
@AstroChuck
Wow, I’m sorry, that’s spiderman…. (aunt may, by the way)
I don’t think it would be wise to consider Superman anything other than what he is. An invulnerable ass kicker and good guy to the nth degree. He can be whatever he wants irregardless of what we mere mortals consider him to be. =)
Just for the record, illegal alien or not, that big S on his chest can pass for a green card in my opinion.
Pfft. Get some Kryptonite and see how invulnerable his spandexed ass is.
In “under the same moon” there’s a song in the background talking about that.
Under the Bush administration, he would have been considered an unlawful enemy combatant.
