Do you like the old or the new iTunes visualizer better?
Did you even know that there was a new version of the iTunes visualizer?

What do you mean by visualizer? I might, but I’m not sure what you’re talking about and don’t want to make a fool of myself by babbling on and on about something we’re not talking about. ;)
Go into iTunes and play a song. Under “View,” hit “Show Visualizer. Then answer the question. :)
I like the new one better, however, the big circles sort of give me a headache after awhile. What do you prefer, @TitsMcGhee?
@bythebay: I miss the old one, and I don’t like the circles either, but I think the new one reacts to music better, so it’s hard to say.
@TitsMcGhee, I have the option to choose between the two, do you?
@bythebay: I haven’t seen a way to do that… how do you?
@johnpowell: Oh, the options!!!! I don’t know how I’ll decide!
I like the vibrancy and the new elements in the new one.
But the old one is so much more enveloping and kind of makes me think 60s while the new one makes me think 70s and disco.
It’s tough to say. But I promise to keep testing for a while.
I dig it. It reminds me of electric sheep. It’s my new night light, since electric sheep hasn’t uh…‘evolved’? for me in a while. I really like this one, because sometimes at night I put on thunderstorm recordings (i miss the storms from my childhood in florida) and Sounds of the Sea Surf. The visualizer reacts really well with nature sounds, very slow and pretty. Full screen it up and pass out. :)
Waltz of the Snowflake is really nice in the visualizer too. :)
If you like visualizers, you might want to check out The Rabbit Hole.
Haven’t found any mobile visualizer that compares.
