It’s a daily ritual for some of us. Do you have one? When will people stop using myspace?

I only made on to satisfy the horde of freaks I know on there. I rarely go back.
I hate myspace so much. I also hate how people made me one. Without my damn consent!
I modified /etc/hosts/ to block MySpace.
127.0.0.1 myspace.com
@johnpowell: Cool. But i just refuse to follow any links to myspace.
It’s not even a very well coded website.
I had an account there for one year and then I deleted it. It’s such a horribly-designed and weak site. They couldn’t block spammers for shit.
as long as there are pre-teens, myspace will survive.
@dverhey :: I tried that for a while. But every once in a while I would accidentally click a link and horrible music would start playing automatically.
I have one, I made it in 2005. I made all my pictures private and only go on when bored.
I don’t know when it’ll end. When Facebook opened up to everyone, a lot of people migrated to that. I doubt it’ll ever go away.
I just use facebook now :D
I don’t see why everyone hates myspace so much. Other than other people telling them to. I don’t get why facebook is considered so much better. They’re slightly different, but I don’t see one being better than the other. I can’t blog or search for new music on facebook, but myspace doesn’t have good aps. I think facebook is just the cool place to be right now. I think they’re both gay.
I didn’t have one for the longest time. I finally got one in high school. It lasted about a week.
I’ve also deactivated my Facebook for the time being for other reasons.
i wish i could revert to my myspace days…facebook is just out of hand! ugh!
facebook is too much for me i hate it
Myspace and Facebook are just like Atari, America Online, eBay and dozens of other sites that are/ were embraced by a generation. They are destined to be made obsolete by the next “latest and greatest” site or network.
The children of those who enjoy Myspace and Facebook will not embrace such “old” stuff. Like video game arcades, Disco and sock-hops each generation defines itself from the last by finding a new way to express themselves.
I think facebook will stick around for longer than myspace, especially because many people abandon the latter for the former.
