Why are the majority of North American racing bib retailers located in Canada? Are there any US based retailers?
The shipping is killing me! It’s like 50 bucks! Plus I just find it odd! I’ve never been to so many Canadian websites in one day!

Did you try this one already?
I can only imagine for some reason that CA has the printing tools for these more than we have here, for some odd reason.

No, and it looks awesome actually!
But what in the heck is a pull tag? None of the other websites mention them, and I’ve never heard of that.
I can’t see it well from that pic…But I think it’s where you can write in your name address age-etc and it has the bib # on it already so it can be pulled and kept with the records/liability waivers for the race.
That’s what it seemed like from this too. I don’t understand if it’s made of paper or tyvec, though, and it sounds like they wear that part during the race, and the pulling off is after, so does it fold under? So many questions! All I know is I don’t want those!
Aha! Spokane, WA! Even this place is barely 3 hours from Canada! I still see it as part of the overall trend!
They could fold under…but I think we wore these at our church walk/run…I guess I just stuck the pin thru mine. I don’t know why ours even had the pull tags (I don’t remember there being a need) I guess it was for prizes for the fastest child/adult?
Anyway, I stuck the pin thru mine as I was there for leisure ;)
Hmmm…still makes me think it’s either the printing process, or the tyvec itself is cut in CA. Hmph!
Sweeeeet! I just called them and shiping was only $9! Thank you!
Hooray! Glad my online shopping skills helped someone besides myself ;)
I live in Canada, and have NEVER heard of a racing bib.
What in tarnation is that? (it)
I doubt most Americans have heard of a racing bib either, kritz. Don’t freak out.
It’s just the number that runners and other athletes wear on their chest to identify them during competitive events.
Oh man. I’m an idiot.
I run a 10k every year.
I feel so ashamed…
