Any useful tips on how to deal with the feeling of exhaustion other than sleeping?
After a long day in college, I get back home feeling so exhausted that the only I have in mind is the pillow.
Any useful tips on how I can deal with that feeling in a more productive way?

Don’t knock it before you try it: try this…
Inhale for 4 seconds.
Hold it for 7 seconds.
Exhale for 8 seconds.
It’s amazing how effective it is.
It that doesn’t work, take a muscle relaxer and hop in the hot tub.
@A_Beaverhausen…it’s reefer…
…and misspelling it does your argument for it no justice
Not reefer, that only makes me more tired. The answer is adderall. If I’m tired and still want to go out I’ll take a half of a 30mg adderall and it perks me right up. Just do it once\twice a week and you won’t build up a tolerance. Halves still get me up up up.
yes, adderall is a favorite among college students.
A.Eventually it’s death which is like a permanent sleep
B.Eat healthy
C.Get adequate sleep but don’t oversleep or your sleep time will not be as deep
D. Exercise
E. Drugs will accelerate A.
Sublingual B-12 helps and its legal.
Yes Vitamin B-12 is good….or just be like me and have Caffeeine on a an I.V. drip next to the computer.
@Garebo and @SeventhSense
Yes, but last time I did blood analysis, that told me my B-12 is pretty good, so I’m not sure.
@SeventhSense
Yeah, well, regarding (E), I don’t smoke, I don’t drink, and of course.. No drugs.
Actually I think as an adult it’s just exhausting and you accept it and sometimes have to just push beyond your limits
@Ender
Yes, I do eat breakfast. :)
..not always though..
Well, the body can handle a great amount of B-12 , it is water soluble, and excess is not stored in the body. Then, I would try Glutamine 500 mg dose midmorning and mid afternoon and Ester-C, 675 mg 3x a day and B-5 500 mg 2x a day, but that’s me. Of course the other givens are necessary as well, rest, stress reduction, exercise, and diet.

Make sure it’s not something else though. If you feel extreme malaise it may be an illness. I am one who has had walking pneumonia more than once. The only symptoms were a general weakness in the body and a total tiredeness. It’s not fun so be sure to take care of your health. The body has a way of getting your attention if you push yourself too much.
i do not recommend taking any prescription drugs not prescribed to you.
exercise. you’ll feel refreshed, i swear. just a nice walk will due.
@SeventhSense
You know something?
I’m not sure, but I think I’m gonna see the doctor about it.
Because some of the symptoms stated in it’s page on Wikipedia do actually happen to me very often.
So, thanks a lot for mentioning it.
