A global currency? Is this the beginning of a world government?
Our currency became the reserve currency through trust rather than by any decision. This latest fiasco has eroded that trust. When you get right down to it, a system not dependent on any one country would probably be better. But getting the nations of the world to agree on a system would not be an easy task. A case of better the devil you know…
Probably nothing for the foreseeable future.
Shall we see if this new proposed currency does any better than the Euro as a “new standard”?
Let’s make lurve the new reserve.
Her comes the Amero, or worse.
