What is the best calendar widget for my web form?

I need to ask people to enter in two dates and I’d like to use a calendar widget. Does anyone know the best one to use? I found this one and it looks pretty good:

We use the dynarch jscalendar where I work. It’s easy to get a basic set up working and it’s also extremely configurable/customisable. I recommend it – but I haven’t investigated any alternatives.
