I am going to a Hannah Montana and the Miley World tour bus is going to be there. Can I bring my collectors edition card that I got with my Meet Miley cyrus cd since my actual members card hasn't come in yet?

Probably not. Since the card you dont have yet is an “Actual Members” card, then you most likely need that one.
