When you try to add yourself to your fluther you get Narcissim page from Wiki, what purpose does that serve?

Seems like a cheap trick, if I want to see my own questions with my fluther, (I’m starting to dislike that word), what harm is there in that?

it’s just a joke..
and your own questions are on your profile page..
It serves the purpose of humility through humor…
Perhaps the richest lesson life can serve. Drink up me hearties.
Hilarity value. Not everything needs a purpose!
Its pretty funny and fills me with delight.
Fluther’s trying to tell you to LIGHTEN up!
Maybe if you ask Ben or Andrew really nicely they could link yours to something else, like sense of humor.
just having fun with ya
If you have to ask, you’ll never know.
@ksea We kill you in a good way or a bad way?
It gives me something to persist at. It also gave me a fear of rejection. The fear builds, the button clicks, and I fail again and again. Exhilarating!
@chyna good way, I didn’t think this one would get that much attention, it still seems like a cheap trick though.
this is hilarious,
we need Asmonet and Sakata here rofl
@ksea If I wanted a cheap trick I’d call up TitsMcGhee!
I kid, I kid
There was a huge pressure to change it, it used to lead to my profile, and then to the Narcissim page from Wiki… just kidding lol
oooh @shockvalue I bet she’s going to have something to say about that!!
@ksea We’re fluther zealots, we will defend fluther with our lives.
BWAHAHAHA @adreamofautumn Oh, she can tell me in person :P she lives 2 floors down!
You can go with “Thank yourself”.
That should provide at least some ego-catering :)
It’s fantastically clever!
@flameboi Hi, long time no Fluther with. Great to see you back!
Hahah we really are mad. It’s amazing.
@ksea…Perhaps you should have been redirected to Alice in Wonderland instead…
Enjoying the breath of fresh air…and the warm wind from shockvalue’s rear.
I never actually added myself to my fluther, now that you gave up the secret I guess I will never get the experience.
:-(
@ksea…The wizard himself said, “Some people without brains do an awful lot of talking.”
I thought that link was hilarious. It was my first indications that the site admins here have a sense of humor!
@Marina
thank you! it’s good to be back!!!! I’ve been missing you all! You know, now I’m fighting my government from my laptop, that’s taking a lot of time!
But I decided that it was time to be back to visit my old friends :)
@elijahsuicide
Yeah, it’s a unique experience. I wouldn’t settle for less either, hehe
I like it. It’s nice to have a little reminder to not take things (or myself) so seriously. Are you havin’ a larf?
@elijahsuicide “I never actually added myself to my fluther”
the site tells you to . . .
@ksea it’s an option, not a command. If it was a command I would have to add everyone to my fluther, as each profile page says “add so and so to your fluther”.
@Blondesjon I politely beg to differ. I just saw it on stage last week. I know for sure I heard it from the scarecrow while he’s talking to Dorothy. I guess I should double check though.
@elijahsuicide…you don’t know how much it pains me to say this to anyone but…i was wrong. the scarecrow did say it to dorothy. well done.
@Blondesjon Thank you sir. Now if only I knew anything about the sharks and jets…
