What application do I need to use to open the iTunes .exe file when downloading it?

I just got my laptop back from getting fixed, and I’m trying to download iTunes. When I double click on the .exe file to start installing it, I get a message saying, “This link needs to be opened with an application.” It wants me to choose something, but I don’t know what to choose. I have never had this problem before.

If it helps, they had to reinstall Vista on my laptop and of course find all the drivers and everything. Maybe that’s the problem??
