Any Ideas on what to do in DC without parents?

me and my friend are going to be in DC visiting a college, were going by ourselfs and want to do something that we normaly wouldnt do with our parents, nothing illegal and my friends not 18 yet so perferably something you can do under 18

Well. Um. I really liked visiting the museums on the Mall. But you would probably do that with parents so…VISIT THEM ANYWAY, they are awesome.
Yeah, if you go to DC without visiting the free museums, I’d have to question your intellect. (Air and Space, for sure).
Wander around Adam’s Morgan in the evening. Have dinner. Enjoy the vibe.
Goto Eastern Market Sat/Sun morning,Chinatown Verizon center area has a great new vibe now anytime. Adams Morgan and Georgetown at night are fun even if you arent there for clubbing/bars the sites and people are fun to watch. Im sure you know its cherry blossom time and that means tons or tourists.
The Smithsonian and all the monuments near the White House.
The National Zoo. jonsblond and I went there when we first met.
