Where do I get the particulars on a violence-in-video-game related lawsuit?

A friend in college is looking to find (for free) the particulars on any lawsuit where a video game developer was sued as result of the violent content of one or more of its games.

This is a good place to start.

After that search for video games at the EFF’s website. They are kind of a watchdog group and this falls into their view.
