What's the best spray to buy for waterproofing suede boots?

Kiwi makes good care products for your shoes (polish) and suede protector too. You can also get recommendations from the place you bought your boots from. Kiwi products can be bought at Target or any other major chain store (Wal Mart or grocery store).
