I am yet to really explore and find any good ones. The only ones I ever heard that I liked were “Meditation Oasis” and “Integral Naked” but those aren’t for everybody, obviously. I could use some new ones though. Hope people have some good suggestions.
I listen to all of the NPR podcasts because I don’t drive in a car. Also
Technology – anything from CNET
vegan – vegetarian food for thought
And I also listen to meditation oasis
Diggnation – a tech podcast with Alex and Kevin (the founder of digg.com)
The Totally Rad Show – reviews of Games, Movies, Comics, and all things Rad!
The BBC’s beyond belief talks about all kinds of religious/spiritual/moral issues. It’s on hiatus till summer, but they have all the podcassts going back to 2002. Here’s the website: Beyond Belief
@berocky1 I am going to have to check out meditation oasis. I’ve heard nothing but great things.
@hug_of_war That’s a really good show. I don’t really have to listen to it on podcast though because I usually listen to it on the radio, strange as that is for an atheist. They interview all kinds of people on there though. Comes on super-early. Like 6 am.
Plenty. What are you interested in?
@Benny I like most things. It’s probably easier to get down to what I want to avoid, economics and physical science.
Le journal en français facile by RFI. (Good to learn French).
Tiësto`s club life podcast (if you like this kind of music).
@laurenigula
Okay, well I have a lot of science podcasts that I can recommend and some short story podcasts. When I get a little more time I’ll post the links.
I second Escape Pod, and add its sister podcasts, Pseudopod and PodCastle, to the list.
@MacBean I have Psudopod and Podcastle, but I haven’t listened to many of them. I’ve been going through back issues of Escape Pod. I’m not much into fantasy.
