How long have you been moderating? Do you like it? Are you paid? I used to moderate MSN chat rooms – it wasn’t all it was cracked up to be.

Be really good at what you do. Be fun to talk to. Teach me a lot. Be friendly, honest, humane.
I can respect people who only have some of those things, but then the respect is limited to those things. Like, if someone was a really good musician, but otherwise was a jerk, I’d respect their musicianship, but not much else.
