Can somone fill me in about "Evil Zack"?

I’m new to fluther (and really enjoying this site so far) and came across other questions relating to the availability of chat rooms. Certain responses make reference to an “Evil Zack”. Can anyone enlighten us newbies regarding this sinister sounding character?

Zack is an imbecilic minor with too much free time on his hands and a propensity to posting a Tourettes’ level of sheer, offensive obscenities.

“Evil” may have been used to differentiate him from mtl_zack who is a wonderful member here and not at all the same.

you know, come to think of it, i may have encountered a zack on other sites very much like to one that plaques this site…thanks to all who took the trouble to respond
