Why am I Always in so much Pain?

It seems like I’m always in pain. I always have a headache or cramps of some kind and I’ve yet to figure out why. Any help?

Can you tell us a bit more about your pain and lifestyle. We’d be happy to help if we can. Headaches and cramps point to hormones. But also could point to dietary deficiencies.
