Anyone had experience taking SAM-e?

@koldblue recommended it to me in another thread to help control mania and depression. I bought some today and going to talk to my doctor about it. I have been doing research about it online and it seems like good stuff. Just wondering if anyone here has had any experience taking it for mood disorders/depression? I know it can also help with liver functions and arthritis.
