I’ve been beta testing Autopilot in conjunction with Google and Fluther for the last couple of weeks. I haven’t had to write a quip of my own in that time.
It is really that good! My lurve score has increased hundreds of points and I don’t have to do a thing!
I just downloaded and tried the trial version (1.01) on a close friend and it worked just fine! She didn’t know it wasn’t ME!!!
Haven’t used it yet. Frankly, I think it’s a little…um…scary? spooky? if a computer can take over fro me and no one knows the difference!
(grins quietly to himself)
April Fools… again. Google got wise this year and dated their articles March 31st.
I’m still waiting for my Gmail Paper invite. :(
I’m waiting for Google Mind Reading. So I won’t even have to be on a computer to write an email. Autopilot meh LOL
This reminded me of the “fax” AI technology in Charles Sheffield’s Cold As Ice universe. Calling somebody on a videophone would usually result in it being answered by a “Level 1 fax” AI replicating the image/speech of that person and able to handle most basic calls. Calls requesting specific information beyond its capabilities would go up a chain of high-order faxes with different expert systems.
me to PnL.

Conclusion: Flag question as sucker AND terminate relationship
didn’t we all learn better from last year, lol
Oh c’mon people, have a sense of humor :P I thought last year’s was better, but I enjoyed the examples in this one (esp the one with the Nigerian prince).
I will admit they almost got me because they released it yesterday instead of today. Well earlier anyhow. I was like what the heck? But then I realized what they were doing. LOL
Dont know why they implement this.
