And no, do not mean, does everybody love you, they just can’t get enough of you. I mean, do you get easily hooked on things, be it drugs, alcohol, video games, other people…you name it.
Addictive or not?
Me, personally, I have discovered over the past few years that in terms of most drugs I luckily do not have a very addictive personality. This is good seeing I have enough issues regulating my mood anyway.
Lately, though, I’m wondering if I get fixated on people, almost like they were a drug, which is not much better in some cases.

Yeah, I do. Not with drugs strangely, but with little time-passers like Fluther and Bejewled.
Yes, I do. It’s self medication. Its like you finally find something that makes you feel good, even for a few hours. I don’t have that little guy in my head that says “ok that’s enough”. I don’t think I know how to not do something excessively.
@Likeradar :: I totally forgot about Bejeweled! Fuuuck I used to be completely addicted to that. Why did you have to remind me?!
Nope. I can leave fluther any time I want. I just choose not to.
Nope, I’ve quit fluther plenty of times.

I’ve probably got a mild version. I tend to get involved in one thing or another a little too excessively.
I am a creature of habit, but I wouldn’t say I have an addictive personality. I like doing the same things over and over because it makes me happy, but I have never been addicted to anything and couldn’t quit.
Yes I do have an addictive personality. I quit drinking and thank goodness I never got hooked on cigarettes, because I know it would have been horrible to have to quit.
Move over @essieness I want that peanut butter!
Addictive? Just a bit.
Not with drugs or cigarettes.
Just quit smoking cold turkey!
But Fluther and solitaire.
Goodness. I’m not sure how many hours I’ve whiled away.
I haven’t felt addicted to much of anything lately except Fluther, which is okay though, because Fluther is like a brother from another mother.
Blondsjon stole my answer. Dammit!
I generally have a very addictive personality, but I discovered that early enough in life, so I’m careful.
I have been addicted to cigarettes and videogames. When I fall in love, I’m head over heels and act like a fool, and I get very obsessed about things I really care about, even my work. When I do something, I give it all I have. I have also been addicted to sugar (which I know most people don’t consider an addiction, but it is). Luckily enough, I was never addicted to alcohol, even though I drank huge quantities of it at some point. I quit cold turkey when I wanted to.
Nowadays I stay away from drugs, and generally avoid alcohol. I never gamble, not even a few coins. I’ve managed to quit smoking and am not going back there. And I try to control everything else. It seems my only vice these days is procrastinating here on fluther and not getting any work done.
i quit drugs, quit drinking, but now… i smoke and drink coffee like it’s goin outta style. and i go to yoga. and work out. it’s weird, if i don’t pay attention to that stuff i’ll substitute addictions in a heartbeat.
but yes, i am definitely an addict.
YES, I HAVE A VERY ADDICTIVE PERSONALITY, IT’S NOT HARD FOR ME TO GETS PEOPLES ATTENTION, I TRY TO BE POSITIVE AT ALL TIMES, AND WHEN I’M NEGATIVE IT IS USUALLY ABOUT MY SELF, NOT TRYING TO BRAG BUT I TEND TO COME UP WITH THINGS, HABITS, NAMES, ECT AND EVERYONE AROUND ME FOLLOWS
@OLIVERSUDDAN73. Just a little constructive criticism for you. You will be much more endearing to many here if you don’t type your answers using capitalized letters only. It certainly attracts attention but people might perceive that you are virtually yelling at them. And welcome to Fluther too!
Not so sure it really exists but, no.
yessss
I’m addicted to MCR. I mean, I need their music.
and, I’m also addicted to coca cola, walking (I know it sounds weird, but I like walking for at least 8 hours, and I can’t stop. I just can’t.)
oh and I also like smoking, but I don’t know if it’s an addiction. maybe not yet
