I hate ‘em, and delete ‘em.

I delete them, and if the same person keeps sending them I usually text/ email them to say I’m not interested so please stop forwarding them to me.
I delete them. I have one cousin that continuously sends them even though I lied and told her she sent me a truckload of virus’s.
I can’t delete them fast enough!
Paper chain letters: I drop them off at the post office if I have to go there in the next few days, or I toss them in the trash.
Email forwards: if they’re the “OMG OMG <insert urban legend here> OMG!” type, I debunk the legend, ask the person to do some research before sending another panicked email, and cc it to the entire list of people they sent it to. This usually gets me taken off of distribution lists for email garbage.
Trash and the same goes for most forwarded quizzes or polls.
I always delete them, ESPECIALLY if they’re about a little girl dying of cancer who will get 12c for every email I forward it to. It’s ok if people just forward jokes, but there’s nothing funny about playing with people’s real feelings about real pain in order to spam around and collect some emails for your database (yes, someone does get the 12c, it’s the guy that started the spam chain).
