I don’t know the name of that, but you know the ones in the stores that you scratch and can winn from $1—$10,000? Ever won anything? How much? Do they take taxes out of that?

I almost always win my $1 back. I mean, I’ve only done it like three times and it was all before I did my own taxes (back when my folks did ‘em). I don’t think they care for $1.
I won 17 bucks. If it’s a larger amount it’s reportable. Technically you’re supposed to claim all winnings, gifts, etc on your income tax but…shhhh I never claimed it
I won $7 last week. No taxes taken out.
I won’t be claiming it on my income tax.
several times, $5—$75. never bought one myself though. always received as gifts.
…did i write $5—$75???? I meant $5—$17!!!
I’ve never bought a lottery ticket. I prefer to gamble my money in the stock market.
My grandma won a television. I won enough to buy another ticket.
I’ve won $1–3 multiple times, but I have a good friend that seems to win $10–20 fairly often and won $50.00 once. I guess if I played as much as she does, I’d win like that too?
We won $10,000 once and had to pay taxes on it.
$40 a few years back from a scratch card was one of my gag b-day gifts.
SeventhSense, it was pretty cool. We really needed the money at the time.
