Do you think the powerplate exercise machine really works?

No more or less than anything else on the market. It really depends on you.

Theoretically the impliedand involuntary micro-contraction of various postural muscle groups at high frequencies may have an effect on core building… there’s just no actual proof. Haven’t tried it myself… but i might.

Why not build one yourself, out of wood? It’s just an L-shaped contraption that you use to perform different strength exercises on. No moving parts… I mean, I could make that and sell it on the market for a lot of money.

Yeah… I might just do that. So many goobers out there to be had.

@squirbel I think it’s a vibrator that you stand on.
It looks to me like it might give some temporary relief to sore muscles, but I doubt it would be any better than those old fashioned vibrating machines with a band that you wrapped around your body and let them give you a major massage.

I’ve sat on top of my washer and dryer for a good butt massage but they don’t help me lose weight.

It does not work for burning calories, but it does work for building muscles and increasing bone density.
