Is it good to do pushups every other day in sets of 100 if you are 16?

only bad if it feels bad, how does it make you feel, (a) after you do them, & (b) overall in your life?
sets of 100 is a bit odd…why not do them in sets of 20, and change positions to work different muscle groups.
But no, it’s not odd to do that many push ups. When I was 16 I was in wrestling in school and probably did more than that.
Great for upper body strength.
When I was in my twenties, I did push-ups with my daughter ridding on my back. She loved it, and laughed while riding, and my arms looked like legs.
