I was thinking of using it as a end table beside my sofa.

(minus lamp, of course)
I was thinking of putting on the left side of my sofa here.

I like it! The open space & lines will compliment your current coffee table.
Looks nice.
Minimalist, modern. Should go nice.
I like the glass block “windows” behind the couch. You could use a dash of accent color in that room. Maybe a deep red.
I am a little worried about the lamp. It looks like it might try and eat someone sitting on the couch.
I like the retro look!
Go for it :D
@cprevite I was thinking that. Adding some color to the room.
I thought that this portable speaker was cute. It’s good for an Ipod.

Just purchased this. Sweet little coffee table book.

It’s 60-ish. It REALLY works with that other table. Doesn’t matter about the sofa because it works so well with the other table.
@jmah When you are finished decorating your place, come on over and re-decorate mine. It really needs it. My place is just really a hodge=podge of collected junk.
I really like the glass block behind the couch.
@jmah: Those are great retro items. See, pull the red from the book cover. Maybe replace the throw with a deep red one.
It’s cute. I would never get it, but I have a child who would rip anything out of the inside part.
I love the fact that this room is being/has been decorated in a collaborative effort with Fluther.
That table will work great with your other pieces. Agree w/ Cprevite about adding in an accent color.
I love the table. The only thing I would worry about is that all the furniture is so dark. I would suggest something white (like a smaller lamp) to put on the table. Your eye is drawn to the height of the floor lamp, you need something to balance on the left.
I love this print. print
I’m thinking about getting it.
Instead of a deep red throw, how about something with a bit of color for the center of the coffee table?
Something on the table would be nice, maybe some beautiful books? Or maybe a very graphic area rug. Either bold and colorful, or maybe one of those very shaggy white ones to bring in some texture.
Jmah, that print really seems to suit your style.
