Are we too quick to shoot off answers before reading what others have written?

Often, I find answers duped because people are speed-reading or just too quick to get their info out there. (I have been guilty of that, I know.)

It’s not the speed of the draw, it’s how quick you reload. . . Oops, kevbo beat me to the punchline, and now I’ve duped him.

I left myself open for that one. NO, that won’t do either. I should remember just who is lurking out there…waiting…!
