Are you okay with eating food that's been in the freezer for a while?

A while meaning 1–5 weeks, or more. I have a problem with frozen food in general. It doesn’t taste the same, and it feels like I will get sick, even though it’s frozen. Your thoughts?

I don’t mind it. Frozen veggies are waaaaaay better than canned in my opinion. He’s the thing, fresh is always the best but I can’t harvest veggies every day. It’s not possible
1) because they can’t grow all year.
2) because they take a significant time to grow.
3) because I live in the middle of a concrete jungle.
Meat is the same way but I became a vegetarian last December so I don’t eat that fresh or frozen.
I eat a lot of frozen foods, doesn’t bother me.
I eat frozen food and don’t have a problem with it. Personally, if it gives you the option between microwaving it or cooking it in the oven, I choose oven—it seems to get soggy in the microwave and they kind of freak me out. For a while I think I was eating too much frozen food, though. It’s nice to put effort into making meals and cooking at least once in a while.
Sure. I usually mark leftovers (like spaghetti sauce, browned hamburger, and cooked squash) with a date when I put them in, though. After a couple of years it’s probably best to let them go.
i had a frozen indian meal a couple days ago..i think it was over a year past date…lmao! it tasted fine. i was so hungry,i had to :)
Yes, but I throw away anything that’s been in there over a month or two!!
I’ll eat it as long as the freezer stayed working no matter how old it was. Too bad it it’s freezer burned. That 3 year old turkey didn’t kill me or my family. It was still delicious.
I also will eat anything that is canned no matter what the date, unless it is bulging or has a bad odor when I open it.
I don’t like to waste food.
