Your good. No one tests for salvia as far as employment and probation screenings go.
@SeventhSense
Hallucinogenic plant. Pretty potent too if it’s the good stuff.
It’s not illegal most places in the US anyway, so even if they did find traces of it, there’s nothing they could do anyway.
@SeventhSense
I think it’s only a matter of time until it will be….
@TaoSan
do not operate heavy machinery :)
@SeventhSense
lol, much worse than that. I read on Erowid that it will completely short-circuit your brain for a short while. Huuuuge hallucinations.
@TaoSan
probably will be regulated sooner or later by the FDA
I guess it would be a problem if you’re on parole tho.
Ok…. When I first read the question I thought it was about smoking SALIVA!
Couldn’t figure out how one would go about smoking saliva and why be worried about testing.
Gotta get new eyeglasses!!
@SeventhSense theres no chance to operate any machinery :P you completely leave this world on salvia. Its kind of like DMT but not as intense, a bit darker, and crap after effects.
There is no way to test for salvia though. Even if it was legal, the body metabolisms it very quickly.
yeah it’s a pretty big kick in the ass… tried it once a few years back, it’s weird. lasts about 15 minutes but it feels like forever.
@uberbatman
What is the high like? How long does it last? is it like acid or mescaline.
@SeventhSense The high is nothing like acid/mescaline. Like i said above its most akin to DMT. Very intense and very short lasting. 5–15minutes at most. Immediately after the drug is smoked the user forgets taking the drug and is transported to this other world. You lose your sense of sight and hearing for anything of reality. What your experience is different for everyone, but for me its usually a similar experience every time. I always feel like i am waking up like my whole life (reality) has all been a dream. This is reality and this is what life is for now on. Its a weird experience, especially when you start excepting the fact that this is what life is now. Then the drug starts to fade, you start to get your vision back and you get glimpses of reality. Then you fight it. Fight to get back.(i dont know why since i really dont fight any drugs). The after effects are pretty weird too. Gravity feels as if its been turned on its side and your pulled backwards into your seat. Your also very sweaty and your perception of reality seems a bit out of wack for the next half hour. After that, back to baseline.
@uberbatman
It sounds like a primitive initiation experience. It brings to mind something a shaman might use. Interesting that the effects are so short in duration.
@SeventhSense it has a primitive feel to it if that makes any sense. And yes shamans do use salvia, but they generally chew the leaves instead of smoke extracts like most modern users do.
