How do i help my daughter?

For the past couple years she sees ghosts about once per month. over the last couple weeks the # has jumped to over 3 times per day. This wouldnt really be a problem but it is scaring the hell out of her. she also has 3 step brothers and sisters that are seeing the same thing. It only happens in their house and it is the same discription from all the kids.
