Credible sources for Huckleberry Finn.
Hi! I’m looking for some good websites to use for a paper I have to write about Huck Finn’s “coming of age” in “The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn” by Mark Twain. All I can find is sparknotes and a whole bunch of websites to buy papers. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

First of all, have you read the book? That is probably the most helpful thing you can do. And there is nothing wrong with Sparknotes.
Personally I enjoy the idea of how our views of the book have changed over time. Here is a site with historical reviews of Huckleberry Finn that I find fascinating.
To be honest with you, I haven’t had a chance to read it yet. I plan to this weekend. Problem is, I need some sources by Friday. Haha. Sparknotes will probably be one of my sources. I need one more at least. I’ll check out the site you gave me.
I’d start with the book, your eyes, and your mind.
Try and read the book at least twice, before starting to write. It’s not very long. Then look for some criticism, discussion, etc. Wikipedia gives a good, but brief, summary of critics’ views.
You might do better to look at the library. There are undoubtedly accessible critical analyses of Twain’s work. There’s no reason to suppose that all such work would be posted on the Internet; it isn’t necessarily public domain. Find two or three titles in whatever passes for a card catalogue these days, and there you are for starters.
You’ll still have to read the book in order to do this right.
