Why do your hands get wrinkles when your in the shower/bath for too long?

Because they are not made of rubber.
They get water looged, ie: super-hydration.
The skin on your hands & feet is thicker than other parts, so they swell more readily. Your outer skin is connected underneath to tissue that does not swell,hence…pruney outer skin!
Osmosis! Your tissues absorb a little water from the outside which makes your hands wrinkly.
(pineapples?)

@willbrawn: Haha, well, I’m sure pineapples have issues with water absorption as well. :)
