What company manufactures the best coffee roasters suitable for a small coffee house?

Ambex, Diedrich, Probat, Renegade, US Roaster Corp, É Café Canada, Samiac? If budget is tight and space is limited which company should I go with? If budget is not a limitation, which one?

Welcome to Fluther, flea. I don’t have any first-hand knowledge of coffee roasters, but there is an independent coffee place in my home town. Really nice owners, and they may be willing to share their info with you (if you’re not direct competition). Frederick Coffee Company & Cafe.
