Is there a Windows program like SuperDuper! on the Mac?

I bought my sister a new big hard drive for her XP based computer for Christmas. It turns out that her husband bought her a new computer for Christmas. We roll our own out in these parts so it will still be running XP.

So I figure that the drive I bought should be used for back-up storage. So can anyone suggest a simple back-up solution for Windows? With SuperDuper! it takes two clicks to clone my hard drive. Is there a Windows program that is this simple? I doubt she will back-up anything if it confusing.
