7 minutes according to a sleep study I had done a year ago.

It depends. If I’m with my girlfriend, about five to ten minutes. If she’s not there, usually about an hour.

It’s completely variable.

if I wait until I feel like I could fall asleep, then when I get into bed, I am out in five minutes. Going to bed as per a certain hour dispite how the body feels has never helped me get to sleep.

I usually fall asleep the minute I close my eyes. Now that I’ve said this, though, I feel I might be jinxed. I usually read before I turn off the light, and sometimes I find that my eyes are already shut as I’ve been reading. Then I barely manage to turn off the light. And that’s it for the night. I know I’m lucky in this.

sometimes when i think about when i am going to fall asleep too much and i get nervous in a sense and i keep trying to relax but it makes me more awake because i am thinking about sleeping and when you sleep you don’t think so i get screwed..

I’m not sure because I’m usually asleep when I fall to sleep so there’s no way of telling exactly when I fell to sleep.
