Have you heard of Dr. Hulda's liver and gallbladder cleanse?

I came across this on the web and wondered if it is healthy, or even safe to do this procedure. Would love some advice from the doctor’s out there.

I’ve heard of it, read up on it, considered doing it…but did more research and didn’t feel it would actually do anything. I think those green crystals that come out are just something going on with poop, sort of like colon cleanses using clay to give the effect of sludge coming out of you
