Im looking forward to being served breakfast in bed. Mmmmm, runny eggs and burnt toast, and coffee with 10 sugars. If I’m lucky they may wash their hands before preparing the feast.
Happy Mother’s Day to everyone!

The BEST breakfast I ever had was brought to me on Mother’s Day by my 5 year old son and 4 year old daughter many years ago. It consisted of raisins, baby carrots and a glass of water! ... It was DELICIOUS!!

Why thank you. I even got a greeting from my son in Sweden for the first time in years. The Swedish Mother’s Day is the last Sunday in May, so I’m in line for two greetings this year, plus, the hug from my son who live here in town.

Good news, all. Breakfast improves as the kids get older. :D

My 14 year old made Eggs Benedict and a pile of extra-crispy bacon for all of us!
