noticed a lot of stop smoking questions must be resolution time. What has been your most successful resolution so far? and whats going to be your most important resolution for 2008?

My most successful resolution was this very year. I promised myself I would change my ways and NOT work too much, too hard, or ineffectively, spending my weekends recuperating just to go back to work with my regained energy. I decided to work less hours and pay less taxes. I stopped to smell the flowers everyday and took breaks before I needed them. I stopped trying to be everyone’s best friend and helper and tended to myself. I said what I felt instead of sugar-coating and I took the time to appreciate my life because death is certain and permanent.
My resolution was to make another one later that I would actually keep.
My last resolution was the only one I have ever kept, and it has lasted for over 13 years. I resolved to “Never make any more bloody resolutions” during boring class exercise in the 8th grade. The resolution was more of a joke, but decided to stick to it.
