Is there a max about of lurve that you can receive per day or from each flutherite?

Asked by Jude (32204points) May 12th, 2009

Not that it matters ;-), but, I have noticed in the last couple of days getting lurve points for GAs, but, my overall lurve score didn’t increase (in some instances). Just curious…

There is a max per user. This is to stop people from creating multiple accounts. I barely ever get points added. I am OK as long as I know Allie loves me.

Yeah, once you get pretty high your score almost never moves.
Then again, there’s Gail and her 17K.

AAAAAAAAAH I jut got lemon juice in my eye!! I felt the need to share.

Today in chem I spilled some Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH, a strong base) on my hand. Within an hour it felt like I put my hand in a fire. Good thing we had some vinegar in the room. It neutralized most of the NaOH, and my hand is intact!

I had this really really (really) hot pepper a few weeks ago. I cut a slice and tasted it. I was in pain for about an hour. (This was one really hot pepper.)

But the worst part came a few hours later. I must have rubbed my eyes. And ears. And something below the waist. And there must have been a tiny amount of residue from the pepper still on my hand. Oh, the pain. I didn’t sleep that night. A shower in the morning only aggravated it. I am never going to touch a hot pepper again.

@eambos Little Willie was a chemist, Little Willie is no more. What Willie thought was H2O was H2SO4 (sulfuric acid)
