A song for me and my boyfriend's sixth month?

Me and my boyfriend are really into music, we met at this cute little record store… anyways, I really have a lot I want to say to him and he’s kind of a sappy boy anyway, so my question, would it be too lame to write a song? he loves when I sit there and play my guitar. and if I do, when do I share it with him?
