Does anyone have a phone number for goldenvoice?

These guys just totally fucked us!!! http://www.goldenvoice.com/ it said that we were buying tickets to see green day general admission. my husband hits purchase and it says that we spent $70 on parking passes!!! WTF please let me know if you have any info on this company and how to get a hold of someone!

I would start by writing to their registered office. Get it signed for (recorded delivery in the UK) then your dispute is legally recorded and they can’t say you didn’t tell them about the error. Goof luck, I hope you get your money back
