Why does my face go numb and tingle when I laugh or smile for an extended period of time?

I’d ask a doctor, Sounds like you fucked something up.
I am in no way trying to diagnos you, as I have no medical experience at all, but I know 2 people that had Bells Palsy and they had a tingling feeling with numbness. I would see a doctor.

I partially agree with the Bels Palsy theory, but you can be certain if you have Bels Palsy when half of your face becomes numb and you look abnormally slanted, cannot talk right, etc. It is caused by stress and anxiety. You probably should just go to the doctor just to be sure.
