To dream that you have a crush on somebody, is a literal reflection of your attraction and fascination for that person. To see your crush in your dream, represents your current infatuation with him or her. If you find yourself thinking about him during the day, then it is understandable that his image will appear in your dream during the night. To dream that your crush rejects you or stood you up, represents your feelings of insecurities and anxieties. The idea of not knowing how your crush feels about you is driving you nuts. Assuming that he or she will reject you before you actually know, saves your from getting hurt. You are afraid to find out how he or she feels about you.

I can come up with a number of reasons that you dreamt of your crush (that he is on your mind at many levels is fairly obvious).

I am more concerned with the part that you appear to be dismissing (that he didn’t want anyone to see us). I wonder if that is your fear or your projection of his fear?

it means you want to have sexual intercourse with that person (if you know what I mean)

…as a dreamer, i’ve accepted that some dreams deal with the past, some deal with the present, and others deal with the future…for obvious reasons dreams of the past are remarkably clear like watching tv…present dreams are a little cloudy…future dreams shift, change, and are unstable…

…if i had a dream like yours, i would think that it is a present or near present tense dream- it is how i feel on some level…however, what i think, what i am comfortable or uncomfortable with, and what i do are often three different things…

The person I have the biggest crush on has appeared in probably 35 dreams of mine over the past couple of years (which is when I really started becoming infatuated with him). Of those 35 or so, only 1 of them involved me getting close to him and it was really nothing; he and I were sitting next to each other in my backyard against a wall and he leaned his head against me. Dreams that involve him always interest me and make me feel good. Most of the dreams where he appears also feature other people I know and go to school with. I can think of maybe 3 or 4 where it was just he and I alone.

And I agree with @jmah, thinking about the person during the day due to your crush on that person will increase your chances of dreaming about them; having a dream about them in the first place just confirms that you really are attracted to them.

I don’t think it means much. It’s certainly not a magical dream message from him telling you he likes you, too. It’s more a reflection, as others have said, of what you are obsessing about.

There is a school of thought that says each character in the dream is a part of yourself. So your crush would be a part of you that you like, but that you don’t want other people to know about. This could be an artistic talent, or a point of view that people in your community don’t share. It might simply be something that people close to you don’t approve of. For example, if you were 15 and your parents didn’t want you to date, or to go out past 11, and you wanted to do these things; you’d keep them secret, but you would love having them as a part of you.

Probably that you are insane. You should get that checked out.

The truth is you are falling in love the more you dream about him. Your scared to go up to him and tell him how you feel. Get off your chest, go to him and take a few minutes of his time. Introducing yourself then telling him how you feel. His feelings will also come out. And that might mean ya’ll will hit it off. If he doesn’t well you move on. You will built confidence. And you’ll might have a lot of guys avaliable for you. Trust me he will notice. And probably think about what he has lost. When a guy comes up to you (or him) u’ll know what to do

okay so freshman year, i found out this guy had a crush on me (me being me, I freaked out cause I had no idea what to do and was so self conscious) this guy was a smart charming cutie who i was really attracted to. Days past and he did invite me to hang out with friends but I rejected. There was the occasional events that brought us together though like a birthday or choir concert. I was really self conscious to the point where if i felt ugly and he approached me i would just literally turn and walk away. I didnt wear glasses at the time so I sometimes didnt even notice if hed say hi to me. It got no where. he started developing other crushes and whatnot, eventually having a stable girlfreind. I on the other hand had my occasional “flings” and later had a boyfreind who I love and is still with. Anyways the guy broke up with his girlfriend after 3 years and later got a new girlfriend. This new girlfriend only lasted a year. Now he is single. And i still cant get over the fact that I lost my chance. I mean, I love my boyfriend I truly do, but I am still curious what it would be like to be with this guy. Maybe the times not right. But I bet if it doesnt work out with my boyfriend in the future, this guy will be long gone with someone else. Anyways the point of this comment is I still dream about him like 3 times a week WHAT THE HELL DO I DO. This guy is totally over the naive past ( 5 years ago) or so it seems. HELP

I remember having a dream about this really cute guy (my crush) and in my dream, him and i were talking (but i forgot what we were talking about.) anyway, we was sitting close too. i also have other dreams about him but i don’t remember them. In some dreams I can predict the future for the next day. One night I had a dream about two centipedes, one was alive and the other was dead. That morning when I woke up, took a shower and walked up to the sink to brush my teeth I stepped on something. A moment later realizing that it was a centipede which was obviously dead now. Then I realized the dream told me that I had a choice and if I watched what I was doing it could have been alive. True story. I think humans will be able to predict the future really soon, not sure how though, I would have to get into that whole thing about how to use your subconscious mind.

I mean, speaking from a dream I had about a guy who told me and my friend that he didn’t like us, yet he was always dieing to talk to us. One night after a day of getting him out of my mind, I dreamt that we were all-me, my friend, and him-were sitting in a ditch outside my home, and my friend and I had our heads on his shoulder, crying. He was comforting us, saying it was all ok.

Now, I and my friend know that he doesn’t like us, yet I dream about him almost every night. I don’t know what this means, but I’m searching for an answer.

I keep having dreams about my ex friend Andreya. She was one of my best friends and I used to love her very much. Tragedy struck and I found out she was only using me for what I did for her. I kicked her out of my apartment and that was the end of our friendship. The memories of our friendship torture me though and they come almost every night. I miss her but know we are not meant to be friends.

All this talk of giving up as soon as you realize that someone doesn’t like you back. Way to be positive. Way to try hard. But people change. Times change. And Im not a person who believes in a set destiny; so anything that happens can be changed/molded as long as there is a will.

I say, if that person doesn’t like you at first, keep trying. Or waiting. You might have to give up on them eventually but holding out awhile can be a good thing. If they do turn to you in the end they will also see you have true commitment to them. Maybe then they’ll realize you were the best all along. This applies especially to younger people, HS and college where most people aren’t with there forever-to-be-with anyway.

I dream about this girl on occasion; in fact she’s been my crush for a time most would say is too long. (I asked her out already.) When I do dream about her… it seems to reflect my train of thought at the time I fell asleep. So she appears both distant and close to me, depending on mood. Its quite frustrating actually.

Yeah I agree with reaching….I liked this guy, alot! So I told him I liked him….It seemed like he didnt like me back, but i wasnt positive. So I asked my best friend to ask him if he liked me. Well, with all that getting to know eachother, he started to like her! Later on they started to go out! I told them that it was fine and that I would move on! But actually inside, I wasnt fine and I didnt move on! After a month, they broke up! I was filled with joy, I thought that I might have another chance! But he still didnt like me! Then when i was about to give up, he told me he liked me! We are not dating or anything but he is my best friend! We hang out and hug eachother every day! I know it may seem like not that much, but from where i started it is! The point is, if i gave up and moved on quickly, I wouldht be where I am today, have the relationship I have allways wanted! I have been having dreams about him evey night so I came here for an answer. But now I realize that i dont need an answer to know what my future with him will be! I personally think that to dream about someone you like is a normal thing. However the action that the person you like does might reflect on what their true feeling is in realty. From my experience I once had a dream about my crush rejecting me and I got so hurt. Being in the stage of denial I didn’t pay much attention to the dream. I kept my eyes and heart open because I was hopeful for a better result. In the end he rejected me. But sometime in life it is better to know the answer then regretting later on with not knowing the answer. So for better or for worse take a chance while you can.

Ok i have had five dreams about the guy i like at sckool. His new to our school and i had introduced myself to him and from there on i have had a few conversations with him but nothing is happening. I stopped talking to him becaause i always have to say hi first or start a convo for him to response back. i felt rejected and needy so i stopped talking to him. I can’t stop thinking about him even if i try and in my dreams i only talked to him once and the rest i can look but i never get close to him. I have done a lot of research about dreams and I found that if you dream about your crush it is because you want to be in a relationship with them so badly that it causes you to dream of them and positive things happening with them.

If a man expresses himself to you and catches you so off guard that you’re speechless. Then months down the line you suddenly begin dreaming and thinking about that person. Also, you have tried to reach out to that person because your feel have changed from friendship to possible relationship interest level. Hi people, I have just had the weirdest dream I have ever had in my life. Well first me and my friend were on this raft thing or something floating in the ocean. And then this shark comes along and my friend tells me and someone else ( can’t remember who) to jump inside it and that she would too.
