I imagine ‘sauteen’ is a word for a food that has been sautéed. If a food has been sautéed, it means it has been cooked/fried in a shallow frying pan using just a small amount of oil.
The word sautée actually means ‘to jump’ and this is what happens to the food as you sautée it. It ‘jumps’ around in the pan :)
