If you erase a direct message sent to you on twitter, will it be erased on the sender's side?

These seems impossible to me, but I am wondering. I’m using Tweetdeck to boot.

Yes. If you delete a DM sent to you, it is also deleted from the sender’s Sent list.

Is this weird behaviour? Absolutely.

wow, i never knew that! i figured it was just erased from my “recieved” list. well, at least i know now i’m not getting alzheimers : )
