What is more important your family or your dreams?

Family always, they are real, dreams are not. As far as dreams go, they always involve my family so it would be hard not to put them first.

eh? of course my dream….why would I choose a family that neglected me?

Given the two choices above, I’d choose my dreams
They may have given me life, but they won’t own it

I work as a farm hand instead of being a bestselling author.

Why does one have to be more important than the other? My family is why I am the person I am today, but my dreams are why I am doing what I am doing. I think both are equally important.

I can follow my dreams while having a good relationship with my family but it depends on the dynamic of a persons family.

The two need not be mutually exclusive.

My dreams, but this is connection to the family I was born into. If I had a created family (spouse and children) that might not be so.

A family that supports your dreams.

I used to say dreams-and then it changed to family. I finally realized they are one and the same.

My family is there to support and encourage me to reach my dreams, but I would never dump my family to achieve my dream.
