Does anyone know a graphic card emulator that emulates old cards, like the riva tnt?

I tried 3d analyze, but that one only emulates modern graphic cards (nv ti 4600, radeon 8500 and above).
As for why i need it: i am trying to run Final Fantasy 7 in direct 3d, but my current card is too new for the game.
