No. Drug tests are for detecting illicit drugs. (Coca Cola used to contain illicit drugs, but hasn’t for a very long time.) No other drinks contains anything regarded as a “drug” aside from Red Bull which contains Taurine which is banned in places like France.

I’ve read the German distribution of Red Bull Cola has trace amounts of cocaine.
