How can I tell if my friend is interested in me?

I have made a really good friend through another friend. We laugh a lot together and we get along fine. But I can’t tell if there is any interest there on her part. When we talk she maintains eye contact and doesn’t look away. I need some advice from the ladies on here to see what I might be able to do to find out if she might be interested in me.
