Anyone know of a natural cure for Sjogrens or any other autoimmune disease?

My good friend cured his severe case of lupus by a vitamin called amylase. Anyone have experience with sjogrens? I don’t want to take medication due to the side effects. Can you have an autoimmue disease like sjogrens with a negative result? I have dry eye and a blocked salivary gland that is very painful. Besides an autoimmune disease what else can block salivary glands and tear duct glands?
